How To Print Badges
Name badges can make or break an attendee experience. Pathable name badges are unique in that, in addition to displaying Name, Title, and Organization, they also display a list of matches for each attendee (people the system recommends they meet based on common interests) and their tags (interests from their profile). Badges are also color coded so that each category of attendee get their own unique color.
Printing badges is simple for hosts:
Step 1: Choose your Badge Template
- Visit the host tools for your site by clicking the Manage Event link in the upper right corner of the screen when viewing your Pathable site.
- Click Select Badges from the navigation bar on your left
- Check “Enable Badges for my Event” checkbox
- Select the badge design you prefer
- Click Save
Step 2: Print Badges

One fun option some events have chosen is to display the person most different from you in addition to your matches. This can act as a fun ice breaker. We’re happy to enable this feature for any event that would like to use it. Please inquire for details.
To encourage meeting new people, we only recommend that you meet people you don’t already know. Thus, if the attendee adds someone to their “Contacts” list and marks them as “Already Know”, that person won’t appear on their badge anymore.
